Dog Walking

Is your dog the “walk and sniff” type or the “romp, wrestle, and play” type of dog? Or are they the “potty quickly and get back to the couch” type? Depending on your dog’s specific needs, routine, schedule, and your budget, we create a personalized care plan that is most beneficial for both you and your dog(s).

Our dog walking services include brief potty breaks, individual dog walks, and group dog walks. Dog walks vary in length from a quick 15-minute potty break to a 1 or 2-hour walk or excursion to the dog park. All dog walking services include waste pickup and, if needed, feeding and home care within a 15-minute, 30-minute, or 1-hour period.

Potty Breaks
Potty breaks are short, brisk, and provide your pup with fast and easy potty relief and playtime in a 15-minute period; perfect for dogs both young and old. If you have an 8-week-old puppy still learning to walk or an elderly dog with limited mobility, a potty break once or twice a day might be just what he or she needs to get through the day (and not stain your rug!).

Individual Dog Walks
Individual dog walks provide your dog with special one-on-one attention and allow him or her to be the one and only center of attention. Individual walks consist of 30-minute or 1-hour periods, or longer if needed, of on-leash outdoor exercise and dog walking in your neighborhood (or, by request, off-leash in a nearby fenced-in park). Our most popular and requested type of dog walk is the 30-minute individual dog walk. This service is perfect for dogs that are moderately energetic and active as they are able to release energy, get exercise, play, and go potty.

Group Dog Walks and Outings
Group dog walks and outings are best suited for the very active, energetic, and playful dogs, the “romp, wrestle, and play” type as we like to call them. We offer group dog walks in 30-minute and 1-hour periods; however, we highly recommend one hour for group walks and outings. Group dog walks are best spent on a nature trail or off-leash at a fenced-in park, per owner’s request and permission. This service focuses on the group environment and promotes safe, healthy, and fun doggie interaction and exercise. If your dog needs lots of exercise or seems excessively hyper at the end of the day, then a 1-hour group trip to a dog park or nature trail might be just the solution and it is sure to relax AND satiate your dog’s exercise needs (at least until you return home).

Client Testimonials
I have four dogs and Royal Pedigree Pet Care took care of them for overnight pet sitting and a couple of walks.

The owner Mack, took care of the request; he was good and I was very pleased with him.

My friend uses him as a dog walker every day but I just used him as a sitter this summer. He is a very good dog walker. I like that he is on time, he follows through, he isn't overpriced, and he is kind to my pets.

My friend agrees with me that he is just very good with animals.
