In-Home Pet Sitting

Because Royal Pedigree understands that kennel boarding, or any type of out-of-home boarding, can be a stressful and exhausting experience for you and your pet(s), we offer in-home pet sitting services that allow your pet(s) to maintain a consistent schedule and stable routine in their home environment while you are away. Our background checked, screened, bonded, and insured professional pet sitters will visit and care for your pet(s) and/or stay overnight, per your instructions, and ensure that your pets are happy, healthy, and safe.

In-Home Pet Visits
In-home pet visits are great for cats and small pets, including hamsters, fish, birds, and reptiles, who are fairly independent and may not require constant attention and/or supervision. Visits consist of a minimum of 30 minutes of indoor exercise, play, feeding, and litter and/or cage cleaning and, by request, basic home care. Our pet sitters will provide visits any time, day or night, and your pet’s or pets’ daily routine won’t have to change in the slightest! In-home pet visits can be provided on a regular or irregular basis.

In-Home Overnight Sitting
Overnight pet sitting is the perfect solution for clients who travel or are away for an extended period. Our Royal Pedigree pet sitters, who are background-checked, screened, bonded and insured, will stay in your home overnight and give your pet(s) the love and care he or she needs and deserves. Overnight pet sitting consists of a minimum of 12 hours of care in the client’s home and begins in the early evening and lasts until the following morning, typically from 7pm until 7am. During this time, your assigned pet sitter will not only feed, watch, entertain, love, and play with your pet(s), he or she will also provide unlimited dog walks and care and make sure your pet(s) gets more than enough exercise (and clean up after them). In addition to covering your pet needs, sitters will take care of your basic home care needs and regularly monitor the home to ensure that it is secure while you are away. You can count on us to carry out your usual home care activities, including mail and newspaper retrieval, plant watering, light rotation, opening and closing of blinds, and anything else you might need. Your pet(s) will be happy, your home will be taken care of, and you won’t have to fret while away – it’ll be as if you were never gone!
